incon 不蒐集任何個人資料。
您在 incon 中記錄的所有內容——飲食紀錄、食物選單、營養數據與照片——全部只儲存在您的裝置上。我們沒有伺服器，app 不具備任何網路傳輸功能，您的資料不會以任何形式離開您的裝置。若您啟用 iCloud 備份或裝置備份，資料會包含在您自己的備份中，僅您本人可以存取。
拍攝或選取的食物與營養標示照片，僅在您的裝置上以 Apple 內建的 Vision 框架進行本地辨識，不會上傳到任何地方。
incon 的「AI 辨識」功能僅產生一段文字提問供您複製。是否將照片與提問傳送給第三方 AI 服務（如 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini），完全由您在該服務的 app 中自行操作；該行為適用各服務自己的隱私權政策，與 incon 無關，incon 也無法存取您與這些服務的對話內容。
incon 不含任何分析工具、廣告 SDK 或追蹤技術。

incon does not collect any personal data.
Everything you record in incon — food entries, your food menu, nutrition data, and photos — is stored only on your device. The app has no servers and no networking capability of any kind; your data never leaves your device. Photos are recognized locally using Apple's on-device Vision framework.
The "AI recognition" feature only generates a text prompt for you to copy. Whether you send your photo and the prompt to a third-party AI service (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) is entirely your own action within that service's app and is governed by that service's privacy policy. incon cannot access those conversations.
incon contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking.
